To subscribe to digital cable TV you do not need
a TV aerial, instead you will be supplied with a set-top
box by your cable company, as well as a telephone
line.

About 15 million homes in the UK have access to cable.
Cable packages are provided through ntl and Telewest
but other companies, such as Eurobell and Atlantic,
provide similar analogue services.
